Hi Tech Orlando Auto Repair

Judith Calamese a month ago

My husband and I just moved here and had some vechicle problems and we had it towed to HI Tech Auto because it's close to where we are staying. Sam was very honest, helpful, great customer service and found out what the problem was and checked out everything to make sure there was not anything else wrong. We felt the price was very fair. Thank you Sam! We appreciate your help!

I found Hi Tech auto through repairpal and boy am I glad I did because Sam was absolutely outstanding from the first moment. He was very attentive and caring and focused on my car and my issue and trying to help me figure it out and just through every step he was just very nice very professional. He was able to diagnose the problem rather quickly and have it fixed very quickly. I would highly recommend anybody needing car repairs to go to Hi-Tech Auto as I certainly will continue to bring all my cars in my family to Hi-Tech Auto to have repairs if needed. I was new to Orlando and had a couple of bad experiences through my fiance need to work on her vehicle and a couple of different places and Hi-Tech was so much better than the others and I really can't think of a place where I've had a car done or repaired where someone was as professional and focused and attentive on my problems and helping take care of me anywhere! Highly recommended

Hi Tech really helped me out when a dealership really messed up. They helped me arrange a drop off and pickup around my crazy schedule and helped to ease the panic that comes with vehicle troubles. They got me back up and running incredibly fast, helped me to document the issues, and do a fantastic job. Without a doubt will be coming here from now on! Sam was fantastic!

Friendly service. Very transparent. You get what you pay for so don’t come in thinking you’re getting new tire for used tire price. I came in cause I needed a new tire but on a budget while I get a new one. Sam was very honest and helpful and pricing was fair. I came in and went out. He also had other clients before him that were satisfied. If you need a last minute spot and something fast reliable and cheap. This is the place. They also have water bottles and AC inside while you wait.

Thank you Hussam for all your help and kindness today with last minute repairs. Your level of customer service is refreshing within the auto repair industry. You really try to go above and beyond when it comes to explaining. I came in expecting to have tire pressure issues due to the cold weather. You were very kind to help at no charge. You even checked my fluids and reset my sensor. A few minutes later I came back with a different problem. Hussam was able to diagnose that day and get the parts needed. He kept me informed about everything. He informed me of parts and labor before starting the work. He even advised me on what I can wait to do. I had a strange rattle that other mechanic said wasn't a big deal. Turns out it was a broken wheel bearing hub that no one noticed. I'm so glad he diagnosed it before I wrecked my car. Highly recommended
